Q: Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
A: We are currently offering a 10% discount for all new bookings made before October 1, 2019.
Q: Do you book international air tickets?
A: As a courtesy to our patrons, we are happy to find and book international tickets to Nairobi, Kilimanjaro, Arusha, or Dar-e-salaam. We use third-party travel sites to make these bookings (e.g Expedia, Kayak, etc.) and do not charge any commission over the published prices. However, cancellation policies for international air tickets are governed by individual airlines/travel agencies and outside of Epyk Africa's control.
Q: What is the trip cancellation policy with Epyk Africa?
A: We understand that travel plans have to change at times. We offer the most flexible cancellation policy in the industry. The exact terms of the cancellation policy vary depending on the properties booked and they are provided at the time of booking. We strongly advise our customers to purchase travel insurance and help in every stage of mitigating the effects of changed travel plans to the best of our ability.
Q: What should I pack for my trip?
A: We will send you an information packet which includes the recommended packing list depending on the time of the year and the specifics of your destinations.
Q: What vehicles will be traveling in?
A: All Epyk Africa vehicles are best-in-class 4x4 Toyota Land-cruisers which have been specially modified for game drives. Our vehicles are air-conditioned, have low-mileage and our fitted with conveniences such as a fridge, power chargers, and camera holders. We maintain a young fleet that is thoroughly inspected for safety and quality after each safari drive.
